Registration: Boulder International Film Festival

All new volunteers, and former volunteers who did NOT sign up in 2022, 2023 or 2024, need to complete this registration page in full so we can accurately match your interests with our needs. After entering your information, please press the Submit Button at the end of this page.
 Please note that this application is not submittable from all mobile devices; you are encouraged to complete it using a laptop or desktop computer.

Your registration will be processed within about 48 hours and you will receive a Welcome Letter with additional information about the BIFF2025 season. If you do not receive your Welcome Letter or if you have any questions, please contact Volunteer@biff1.com.

BIFF VOLUNTEER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting a request to participate as a volunteer with the Boulder International Film Festival, you agree to the following:

  • The information that you provide in this application is correct.
  • Completing this application does not guarantee you a volunteer position with the Festival.
  • Volunteers receive no monetary compensation for their donation of time for the activities performed before, during, or after the Festival.
  • The Festival does not provide medical or other coverage for volunteers before, during or after BIFF in cases of injury or illness.
  • Your picture may be used in BIFF media collateral.
  • Volunteers are expected to participate in one of two scheduled in-person volunteer orientation sessions. Those who will be volunteering at venues, handling cash/credit transactions, or performing specialized functions may be required to attend additional virtual or in-person training sessions.
  • Volunteers are expected to provide at least 10 hours of service during the Festival by working shifts on one or more teams. NOTE: shifts are posted in mid-February on our Shiftboard scheduling system: https://www.shiftboard.com/BIFF/
