Sterling Wilson
President and CEO
Sterling Wilson is the President and CEO of Shiftboard, as well as a member of the company’s board of directors. A seasoned executive, he has earned an exceptional reputation for building technology start-ups into significant companies. His leadership and strategic vision form the cornerstone of Shiftboard’s business as the company rapidly expands to help more organizations solve their most challenging people management problems.
Before Shiftboard, Sterling was the President, CEO, and board member at Zettics, a venture-funded big data analytics software company. He also served as President and board member of Qpass, a venture-funded digital commerce software company that sold to Amdocs for $300 million. Before Qpass, he was CFO and EVP of Operations at Concur, a travel and expense management start-up, where he helped grow the company from five employees to over 600, and led its IPO. Sterling also served as CFO and VP of Operations at IntelliQuest, Inc., and CFO at Contact Software International.
Beyond Shiftboard, Sterling is a board member for the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle and actively contributes as a member of the finance committee.
Sachin Agrawal
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Sachin Agrawal brings to Shiftboard over 15 years of enterprise software development experience. He serves as Shiftboard’s Chief Technology Officer and is a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to Shiftboard, Sachin served as CEO at EDP Software, makers of SchedulePro. Through his vision and leadership at EDP, Sachin grew the SchedulePro platform into a leading workforce scheduling provider that delivers continuous compliance solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas, petrochemical, corrections, and process manufacturing industries. Before taking the helm at EDP, Sachin spent seven years at Microsoft developing and delivering large-scale SaaS services in the Windows, MSN, and Windows Server organizations.
He holds a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Travis Shipley
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer at Shiftboard, Travis spearheads the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring organizational alignment across the entire customer journey. From business development and sales to implementation and ongoing customer support, his leadership ensures Shiftboard’s offerings meet the evolving needs of both new and current customers, driving worldwide revenue and cultivating enduring customer relationships.
Shipley brings 20 years of senior IT sales leadership experience to the company, including a proven track record of helping high-growth organizations achieve triple-digit growth. Before joining Shiftboard, Shipley was vice president of sales at Wrike, the SaaS collaborative work management solution provider recently acquired by Citrix. Prior to Wrike, Shipley was vice president of sales at IT solutions provider Zones. Before that, he served as vice president of sales at CompuCom and was the founder of the international business consultancy, Portelo. Shipley also spent nearly a decade in various sales leadership roles at Microsoft.
Travis received his BA in Business Administration from Washington State University, with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Carson College of Business.
Peter Draper
Vice President, Customer Success
Peter Draper serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Shiftboard. His experience delivering and supporting enterprise workforce management solutions spans 25 years. Prior to Shiftboard, Peter was Practice Director at Kronos, where he led the delivery of time, attendance, and scheduling SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 customers in manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and government. Before this, Peter developed and deployed enterprise software solutions for Invisic in Australia and Sema Group in the UK.
Peter holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.
Bo Rohlfsen
Vice President, Engineering
Bo Rohlfsen is the Vice President of Engineering at Shiftboard, where he leads the engineering team responsible for overseeing product architecture, technology, and consistency of user experience for Shiftboard’s software products. Prior to Shiftboard, Bo led engineering for EDP Software, a leading workforce scheduling provider that merged with Shiftboard in early 2020. Before EDP, Bo spent eight years in program management at Microsoft, working on the Xbox, Zune, and Windows Live teams.
He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
Eric Amblard
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Amblard comes to Shiftboard with three decades of finance and operational leadership experience in scaling SaaS companies.
Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Shiftboard, he served as the CFO of Roostify (acquired by CoreLogic), a fintech market leader. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of EverString, a B2B predictive analytics company acquired by ZoomInfo. Before these roles, Amblard held key executive positions at several prestigious organizations, including NetBoost, Intel, Ensim (acquired by Ingram Micro), KXEN, and SAP.
Eric’s track record in financial leadership and strategy extends beyond his corporate roles. He has also been an influential strategic advisor and mentor to various venture capital and technology companies, contributing his expertise to their success stories.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from SNCF Management School, Paris.
